The Challenge
PLT’s rapid growth had outpaced its documentation. Knowledge lived in silos, slowing onboarding and creating risk during planning and dependency mapping.

My Role & Approach
I built a centralised documentation hub mapping PLT’s complex integration landscape. I conducted interviews across Tech, Product, and Ops, identified critical gaps, and designed a scalable Confluence structure tailored to different user personas.

I documented 160+ system integrations and 50+ service entries, created visual architecture diagrams, and applied UX writing principles to make complex flows easy to understand. I also developed onboarding guides and scoping frameworks for future squads.
