The Challenge
To expand its premium offering, PLT set out to onboard luxury labels from Boohoo Group’s portfolio onto its platform, requiring complex data alignment across multiple brands and systems. Success meant achieving operational consistency and a seamless multi-brand customer experience.

My Role & Approach
I led discovery and delivery for the integration, scoping requirements, prioritising development, and coordinating changes across multiple backend services.
As the main point of contact between Debenhams, Boohoo, and Nasty Gal teams, I drove collaboration, authored onboarding documentation, and streamlined integration flows across catalogue, offer and stock feeds.
During launch, I managed delivery through several sprints, facilitated UAT, and ensured new product drops surfaced accurately and without SEO disruption.

The Outcome
✓ 20K SKUs integrated within launch week
✓ Six-figure revenue generated in the first few weeks without promotional support
✓ 121% add-to-cart uplift compared to comparable categories
✓ Maintained SEO performance throughout rollout
✓ Created a repeatable onboarding process enabling faster future brand integrations
