The Challenge
With four brands (PLT, Boohoo, Warehouse, Karen Millen) operating independently, UX patterns had diverged. This created inefficiencies, slowed development, and complicated scaling.

My Role & Approach
I led a component-level audit across mobile web, desktop, and native apps. I catalogued 120+ components, identified inconsistencies, and documented gaps with annotated reports.

I collaborated with designers, engineers, and product owners to share findings and facilitate discussions. I then delivered parity matrices and recommendations to inform governance of a new shared design system.

The Outcome
✓ Provided baseline for shared design system
✓ Identified consolidation opportunities across 120+ components
✓ Equipped design/dev teams with clarity for reducing duplication
✓ Established a repeatable framework for future audits
