I cut through the noise, untangle messy systems, and get product work moving, whether that’s unlocking new revenue streams, fixing UX friction, or rewriting backend logic that breaks every time you run a promo. I blend business thinking with delivery clarity so teams can scale without the stress.

How it
I didn’t follow the traditional route into product. After graduating with a 2:1 in Business Management from Nottingham Trent, I made a creative CV that went viral on TikTok (3M views) and landed my first job at PrettyLittleThing.
From day one, I was thrown into fast-moving projects, helping launch PLT Marketplace, shaping app UX, and replatforming sister brands like Karen Millen and Warehouse. I picked up a BCS certification in Business Analysis, started speaking at fashion-tech career panels, and built a 29k TikTok following sharing the behind-the-scenes of life in product.
What started as a foot in the door quickly became a fast-track into strategy, delivery and scale.

I became the Product Owner for 7 core Microservices at PLT, leading a 14-person team across product data, pricing, feeds and internal tooling. Then I picked up two more squads: PLT Apps and Akeneo (our PIM).
I’ve delivered:

+£1.4M revenue from automating TikTok Shop listings
+11.2% unit sales from smarter product surfacing
