Tech Cheat Sheet for Stakeholders 👩🏼‍💻

Tech Cheat Sheet for Stakeholders 👩🏼‍💻
Tech Cheat Sheet for Stakeholders 👩🏼‍💻
For people working with tech teams who want less confusion and more clarity.

I work in I.T.
My flatmate thinks I speak in code.
My dad still has no idea what I do.

And honestly? I get it.
Tech has its own language.

Because the real confusion?
It’s not always what’s being done.
It’s how we talk about it.

Even as a Product Owner bridging business and development teams every day, I still catch myself dropping technical terms without realising, especially when context-switching.

So I made this:

A 30-term cheat sheet breaking down the language we use in tech, product and delivery to make cross-team collaboration that bit easier.

Organised around 5 areas where things often get lost in translation:

✨ Who does what in tech?
✨ How does the team work?
✨ How do systems connect?
✨ Is it live yet?
✨ Why isn’t it working?

You’ll find terms you’ve probably heard in:

💌 Team chats
📎 Project updates
📬 Delivery meetings

For each one, it explains:

👉🏼 Where you’ll hear it
👉🏼 What it actually means

📥 Download the PDF: https://lnkd.in/eXSyx3zP
Save it. Share it. Add it to your onboarding docs.

Use it to:

👉🏼 Make sense of emails and meetings
👉🏼 Translate between business and tech
👉🏼 Navigate cross-functional work with more confidence
